Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Cake Mix Christmas Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas sprinkles
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough and bake for 10-12 minutes.
