Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup crushed mint Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add in the egg and mint extract.
