The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in some Halloween themed sprinkles. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet, and place one peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cake Mix Halloween Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each piece of cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
