Easy baked s’mores made using oatmeal cookies instead of graham crackers and Andes mints instead of regular chocolate. These easy s’mores are baked in the oven, making them the perfect easy treat to enjoy during any season and in any weather.
The only three ingredients that you need is oatmeal cookies, marshmallows, and Andes mints. Place half of the cookies onto a baking sheet and top with marshmallows and Andes mints. Bake for just a couple of minutes, until the chocolate starts to soften. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining cookies.
