Cake Mix Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookie bars made with a box of cake mix and filled with dried cranberries. These easy cookie bars have a soft and chewy texture and delicious oatmeal and cranberry flavors that go together perfectly. Everyone will love these easy cookie bars this fall or winter.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, quick oats, eggs, vegetable oil, and dried cranberries. Mix all five ingredients together until smooth. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, quick oats, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the dried cranberries.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
