Easy soft and fluffy homemade blondie cups filled with fun Halloween themed sprinkles. It is quick and easy to make these blondie cups, because all of the ingredients are mixed together in one bowl. Everyone will love these easy mini blondie bites for a fun and delicious Halloween or fall themed treat this year.

The blondie batter is made by whisking all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Then fold in the Halloween themed sprinkles, and evenly divide the batter between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each blondie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Halloween Blondie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder, mix until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Evenly divide the batter between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
