The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of brownie mix with peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, chopped peanut butter cups and white chocolate chips until combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the peanut butter cups and white chocolate chips.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
