The french bread is easy to prepare, just slice it lengthwise then again in half to create four long pizzas. Evenly drizzle olive oil over each bread and bake for a few minutes to make the bread more crisp. This step ensures that the bread won’t be soggy with the pizza sauce. After the french bread has baked the first time, spread the bread with pizza sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place with your choice of toppings, I chose to make a classic pepperoni french bread pizza. But any toppings that you would normally put on your pizza will work, such as sausage or your favorite vegetables for a vegetarian pizza. Bake the pizzas for a few more minutes, until the cheese has melted.
