Easy soft and chewy peanut butter cookie cups topped with a mini chocolate Reese’s peanut butter cup. These easy classic treats make the perfect easy cookie cup for any holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the classic peanut butter and chocolate flavors together.

The cookie dough is made just like a classic peanut butter cookie dough. Then evenly divide the dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick. Remove from the oven, and place one peanut butter cup on each cookie cup.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and both sugars until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one peanut butter cup on each cookie cup.
