White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chopped up macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
- Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
