The only four ingredients that you need is a box of chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and Junior mint candies. The cake mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Junior mint candy on each piece of cookie dough. Cover the candy with more cookie dough and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Junior Mint Stuffed Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Junior mints
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Place one Junior mint on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
