Baked Chicken Tacos

Easy chicken tacos baked in the oven, along with the taco shells. These easy baked tacos make a fun and delicious way to enjoy taco night, but makes it less messy, because the cheese holds the chicken together in the taco shells. Everyone will love the crispy and cheesy tacos, serve topped with your favorite taco toppings, such as lettuce, onion or tomatoes.

The only four ingredients that you need is cooked and diced chicken, a packet of taco seasoning, taco shells, and shredded cheddar cheese. For the chicken, you can use leftover chicken or a rotissery chicken. Mix it with a packet of taco seasoning. Place your taco shells onto a greased baking sheet. Fill with the chicken mixture, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until the chicken is heated through, and the cheese has fully melted.

Baked Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet taco seasoning
  • 10 taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix chicken and taco seasoning together. Place the taco shells onto a large greased baking sheet.
  • Fill each taco shell with the chicken mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
