Loaf Pan Cheesecake

Easy and creamy baked cheesecake, made in a loaf pan. This easy cheesecake is creamy and sweet, and everyone will love a delicious slice of these cake for any holiday or occasion. You can even top it with cherry pie filling or blueberry pie filling for a fruit cheesecake.

The cheesecake is first made by making a graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers and melted butter together. Press that mixture into a greased loaf pan. Mix all of the cheesecake ingredients together until smooth, and pour it over the graham cracker crust. Bake until the cheesecake is fully set. Cover and keep in the fridge for at least four hours or until serving.

Loaf Pan Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, combine graham crackers and melted butter. Press into a greased loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese with sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
