Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of vanilla pudding mix mixed into the cookie dough. The cookies are rolled in a dish of powdered sugar before baking, making them more soft and chewy. Everyone will love these easy chewy peanut butter cookies for any holiday or occasion.
The cookie dough is made similar to a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of vanilla pudding mix whisked into the flour mixture. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll each one into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
