Snickers Stuffed Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies with a box of vanilla pudding mix mixed into the cookie dough. Each cookie is also stuffed with a mini chocolate snickers candy bar. Everyone will love these easy chewy peanut butter cookies for any occasion. And everyone will love the delicious chocolate surprise in each cookie.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of vanilla pudding mix whisked into the flour mixture. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place one mini snickers candy bar on each piece of cookie dough. Roll into a ball, covering the chocolate completely. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Snickers Stuffed Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ( 3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • mini snickers candy bars

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place one mini snickers candy bar on each piece of cookie dough.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
