Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies filled with chocolate chips and rolled in powdered sugar. These easy cookies are made from a box of cake mix, making the cookie dough quick and easy to make. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and delicious chocolate and oatmeal flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and quick oats until smooth. Fold chocolate chips into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and quick oats until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
