Confetti Cake Mix Reese’s Pieces Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made from a box of confetti cake mix, and filled with peanut butter Reese’s pieces. All you need is five simple ingredients to make these easy cookies. They are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, making these easy cookies more soft and chewy. Everyone will love them for just about any occasion.

The only five ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of confetti cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Reese’s pieces and powdered sugar. Mix all of the ingredients except for the powdered sugar into a large bowl until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box confetti cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Reese's pieces
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Reese's pieces. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, roll into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
