The only three ingredients that you need for this fudge is a can of lemon frosting, a bag of white chocolate chips, and some crushed lemon Oreo cookies. The frosting and white chocolate chips are melted in the microwave together until smooth. Fold crushed lemon Oreo cookies into the mixture. Divide the mixture between a mini Easter bunny shaped candy mold. Let sit until it is completely set. Remove from the molds, and refrigerate until serving.
Easter Bunny Lemon Oreo Cookie Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 ( 12 oz.) can lemon frosting
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed lemon Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Place the frosting and white chocolate chips into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies. Evenly divide the mixture between a Easter bunny shaped candy mold. Let sit until it is completely set. Remove from the molds.
