Soft and chewy cookie bars filled with peanut butter, Reese’s pieces candy and chocolate chips. These easy cookie bars are made from a box of cake mix, making them even easier to make because no mixer is needed. Just a large mixing bowl to mix the ingredients together in. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavors for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold Reese’s pieces and chocolate chips into the cookie dough. Press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup Reese's pieces
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the Reese's pieces and chocolate chips.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
