Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie cups filled with chocolate chips and crushed pretzels. These easy cookie cups make the perfect easy dessert to bake for just about any occasion. Everyone will love the sweet flavor of the chocolate chips and salty flavor the pretzels in these easy cookie cups.

The cookie dough for these cookie cups is made like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except for the addition of chocolate chips and crushed pretzels folded into the cookie dough. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and sugar until combined.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and pretzels.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
