Peanut Butter Pretzel Cookie Cups

Soft and chewy classic peanut butter cookie cups filled with crushed pretzels. Everyone will love these easy delicious sweet and salty cookie cups for any occasion. The peanut butter and pretzels flavor go together perfectly in these easy cups.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic peanut butter cookie cup, except for the addition of crushed pretzels mixed into the cookie dough. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan and bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Peanut Butter Pretzel Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the pretzels. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
