Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy oatmeal cookies filled with raisins, and rolled in powdered sugar. The powdered sugar makes these easy cookies more soft and chewy, and gives them a crinkle look. They are so quick and easy to make using a box of cake mix. Everyone will love these easy chewy oatmeal raisin cookies for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of white cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, oats, and raisins. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and oats. Fold in the raisins. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
