Chewy oatmeal cookie cups filled with raisins. This easy cookie dough is made using only five simple ingredients. The cookie dough is made from a box of cake mix and filled with oats and raisins. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookie cups and classic oatmeal raisin flavors.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, quick oats, and raisins. All five ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and oats until smooth. Fold in the raisins.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
