Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Balls

Easy classic creamy peanut butter balls, filled with chocolate chips, and covered with more melted chocolate. Everyone will love these easy creamy peanut butter balls. They make the perfect easy no-bake treat for just about any holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the chocolate and peanut butter flavors.

To make the peanut butter dough, butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Fold chocolate chips into the peanut butter dough. Roll the mixture into balls, and set them onto a large plate. Freeze them while you melt the chocolate. Melt the remaining chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, and place them onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
