Easy five ingredient peanut butter balls stuffed with mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, and covered in melted chocolate. These easy peanut butter balls make a sweet and delicious treat to make for any holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the fun chocolate surprise in each peanut butter ball.

The only five ingredients that you need is butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, and a bag of chocolate chips. The butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until combined. Roll the mixture into balls, and place one mini Reese’s peanut butter cup in each peanut butter ball. Set onto a large plate, and freeze while you melt the chocolate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • mini Reese's peanut butter cups
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, mix until it is fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, and place one mini peanut butter cup in each ball, covering it completely. Place onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
