The only four ingredients that you need for these cookie cups is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and some crushed nutter butter cookies. All four ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed nutter butter cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed nutter butter cookies.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
