Chewy cookies filled with chocolate chips and crushed peanut butter nutter butter cookies. These easy cookies are quick and easy to make because they are started from a box of cake mix. No mixer is needed, just a large mixing bowl to mix all of the ingredients together in. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of yellow cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold the crushed nutter butter cookies and chocolate chips into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed nutter butter cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed nutter butter cookies and chocolate chips.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
