Soft and chewy cookie cups made from a box of pineapple cake mix, and filled with white chocolate chips. These easy cookie cups need just four simple ingredients to make. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookie cups and delicious pineapple and white chocolate flavors.

The only four ingredients that you need is a box of pineapple cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and white chocolate chips. All four ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips, and divide the mixture between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box pineapple cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
