Soft and chewy pineapple cookies filled with white chocolate chips, and topped with a chocolate kiss. These easy cookies are started from a box of pineapple cake mix, and need just five simple ingredients to make. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies for just about any occasion.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of pineapple cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, white chocolate chips, and chocolate kisses. The cookie dough is made by mixing the cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth, then white chocolate chips are mixed into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box pineapple cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
