Soft and chewy chocolate peanut butter cookie cups made from a box of chocolate cake mix. And rolled in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. These easy cookie cup make the perfect easy treat to bake for just about any occasion. Everyone will love the chewy texture of the cookie cups and delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of chocolate cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies into a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies into the prepared paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
