Easy peanut butter blossom cookies filled with chocolate chips and topped with a heart shaped chocolate. These easy cookies are started from a box of cake mix, it takes just a few minutes to make the cookie dough, and no mixer is needed. They make the perfect treat to bake this Valentine’s day.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of yellow cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold chocolate chips into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate heart on each cookie.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate heart on each cookie.
