Cake Mix White Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

Soft and chewy cookie cups filled with white chocolate chips, and made with only four simple ingredients. The cookie dough is started from a box of cake mix, and takes just a few minutes to mix together. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookie cups and delicious white chocolate flavors.

The only four ingredients that you need is a box of white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and white chocolate chips. All of the ingredients are mixed together until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
