Soft and fluffy homemade quick bread filled with tons of delicious sweet cinnamon flavors. This easy bread is perfect to bake for breakfast, or as a sweet dessert. Everyone will love the soft and fluffy texture of the bread and delicious cinnamon flavors.

To make the batter for the bread, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Then pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake until the center of the bread comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool slightly before cutting into slices and serving.

Cinnamon Quick Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and milk, and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
