Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Snowballs

Easy peanut butter balls filled with rice krispy cereal and covered in melted white chocolate. These easy peanut butter balls make the perfect easy no-bake treat to make this holiday season. Everyone will love the crunch that the rice krispy cereal adds to the peanut butter balls. And the delicious white chocolate flavor combined with the peanut butter.

The only five ingredients that you need for these peanut butter balls is butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, rice krispy cereal, and a bag of white chocolate chips. The butter is mixed with peanut butter, powdered sugar, and rice krispy cereal until a thick dough forms. Roll the mixture into balls, and place in the fridge while you melt the chocolate chips. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, and set them back onto plates. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Snowballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup rice krispy cereal
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until it is fully combined. Fold in the rice krispy cereal.
  • Roll the dough into balls, and place them onto a large plate, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
