To make the cookie dough, a box of white cake mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in Easter themed sprinkles. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
