The cookie dough is made like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, then each one is rolled into a ball, and one mini cadbury egg is placed in each cookie. Roll into a ball, and place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Cadbury Egg Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- mini cadbury eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten each one slightly. Place one cadbury egg on each piece of dough. Roll into balls.
- Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
