The cookie dough for these cookies is made by mixing a box of brownie mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Easter themed sprinkles are then folded into the cookie dough, then rolled into balls, and rolled into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Easter Brownie Mix Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll each one into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
