Quick and easy three ingredient s’mores with a fun Easter themed twist. These easy s’mores are made with marshmallow peeps used as the marshmallows. Instead of graham crackers, Ritz crackers are used, making this treat sweet and salty. Everyone will love this easy treat this Easter or spring.
The only three ingredients that you need is Ritz crackers, peeps, and chocolate chips. Place half of the Ritz crackers onto a baking sheet. Top with peeps and chocolate chips. Bake for just a couple of minutes, until the marshmallow starts to puff up. Remove from the oven, and top with another Ritz cracker.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place half of the Ritz crackers onto a large baking sheet. Top with one peep and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place the remaining Ritz crackers on each s'more.
