Soft and chewy Easter themed M&M cookies stuffed with chocolate Oreo cookies. These easy cookies make a great treat to bake this Easter or spring. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies, and the fun Oreo cookie surprise in each cookie.
The cookie dough is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of Easter themed M&Ms added into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and then place one Oreo cookie on each piece of dough. Roll the dough into ball, covering the Oreo cookies completely. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are cooked through.
