These easy cookies are made by mixing all of the ingredients into a large bowl, and baking them like regular cookies. They are perfect for a easy fun Easter or spring themed cookie that everyone will love.

These easy cookies are made by mixing peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, a large egg, vanilla extract, Easter themed sprinkles, and chocolate chips together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
