These easy cookies are stared from a box of cake mix. It is so quick and easy to make the cookie dough, no mixer or butter is needed, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl. They make the perfect dessert for any holiday or occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix, eggs, vegetable, and chocolate chips together. Form the dough into balls, and roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Fold in the chocolate chips. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
