Fluffy and sweet homemade chocolate chip muffins. It is quick and easy to make these simple muffins. All you need is one mixing bowl to make the muffin batter. These easy muffins are perfect to bake for any breakfast or brunch. Everyone will love the fluffy texture of the muffins, and the delicious chocolate flavor in every bite.

The muffin batter is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Then chocolate chips are folded into the batter. Evenly divide the muffin batter between a paper lined muffin pan, and bake until each muffin cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add in the melted butter, milk, and eggs until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Evenly divide the muffin batter between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
