Mint Chocolate Chip Lucky Charms Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup lucky charms cereal
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and mint extract, and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Add in the green food coloring, mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips and lucky charms cereal.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
