Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies for Christmas. These easy cookies are started from a box of cake mix. The cookie dough is colored green, and filled with tons of chocolate chips. A heart sprinkle is also placed on each cookie before baking. They are perfect to make for a fun Grinch themed party or any other Christmas occasion.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Green food coloring is then added to the cookie dough along with chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one heart sprinkle onto each cookie. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
