Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined.
- Divide the cookie dough into two bowls. Color one half blue with the blue food coloring, and the other half green with the green food coloring.
- Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared liners. Take a piece of both colors of cookie dough, and roll into a ball. Place over the brownie batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
