Easy and cheesy garlic bread filled with a delicious garlic butter and mozzarella cheese. All topped with dried parsley. This easy pull apart garlic cheese bread makes the perfect appetizer to serve for any party or occasion, such as a game day or the super bowl.
The bread is first cut into slices, but not all the way through. Pour a mixture of melted butter and minced garlic over the bread, and into each slice. Then place the shredded mozzarella cheese in each slice, sprinkle with dried parsley and cover the bread with foil. Bake for a few minutes, then remove the foil, and bake until the bread is crispy and the cheese has fully melted.
Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
- 1 round sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Cut the bread slicing almost all the way through, all throughout the bread. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Evenly pour the butter mixture over the bread, in between the slices. Place the shredded mozzarella cheese in between the slices. Sprinkle with dried parsley. Cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil, and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
