Flourless Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie bars filled with tons of crushed Oreo cookies. The cookie dough has all of the classic peanut butter flavor, but is made without using any flour. All you need is four simple ingredients to make these easy cookie bars. They are perfect to serve for just about any holiday or occasion.

The only four ingredients that you need for these cookie bars is peanut butter, granulated sugar, one large egg, and some crushed Oreo cookies. All four ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
