Quick and easy chocolate covered vanilla wafer cookies for Christmas. These cookies are covered in melted chocolate and decorated in reindeer with pretzels, candy eyes, and m&ms. It makes such a fun treat to make with the whole family, and no baking is needed at all to make them. Everyone will love these easy chocolate covered vanilla wafers to make as a last minute Christmas treat.

The only five ingredients that you need for these treats, is vanilla wafers, a bag of chocolate chips, pretzels, candy eyes, and red m&ms. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each vanilla wafer into the melted chocolate. Set them onto plates, then decorate them into reindeer with the remaining ingredients. Let them sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Reindeer Chocolate Covered Vanilla Wafers

Ingredients
  

  • vanilla wafer cookies
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • pretzels
  • candy eyes
  • red m&ms

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each vanilla wafer into the melted chocolate, set onto plates. Decorate each cookie with the pretzels, candy eyes, and m&ms. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
