The cookie dough is started like a classic chocolate chip cookie, then crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows are folded into the cookie dough along with the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and marshmallow bits.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
