Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with chocolate chips and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. These soft cookies are so delicious filled with tons of peanut butter and chocolate flavor. These cookies make the perfect dessert for just about any holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the chocolate and peanut butter flavors.

The cookie dough is made like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, then chocolate chips and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini Reese's peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the mini Reese's peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
